Principles
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracking. There is no contact form. I process personal data only where needed to run the website or to arrange and deliver coaching.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and standard contractual clauses.
Analytics
I use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both work without cookies and without cross-device identifiers. They report aggregated data such as page views, country, device type and load times, not individual visitors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a fast, working website.
Fonts
Fonts are served from this website. No connection to Google Fonts is made when you visit.
Booking and WhatsApp
For the intro call I link to Google Calendar booking (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For messages I link to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). No data is transferred until you click one of these links; then the provider's privacy policy applies. Information you share with me there (e.g. name, phone number, goals) is used to arrange and deliver coaching, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Coaching and training data
During coaching I process training and health data (e.g. heart rate, sleep, HRV) only with your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You receive details before coaching starts and can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Contact me at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Brandenburg data protection commissioner.
